II. Legal basis for data processing

To the extent that we have obtained the data subject's consent for the processing of personal data, Article 6(1)(1a) of the GDPR shall serve as the legal basis.

If the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or for pre-contractual measures initiated by the data subject, Article 6(1), subparagraph 1b (DSGVO) shall serve as the legal basis.

If the processing of data is the result of a legal obligation to which we are subject, we shall invoke Article 6(1), subparagraph 1c of the DSGVO as the legal basis.

If the processing of personal data is carried out in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person, we rely on Article 6(1), subparagraph 1d (DSGVO) as the legal basis.

If the processing of data serves a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, we rely on Article 6(1), subparagraph 1e of the DSGVO.

In so far as the processing of personal data is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party - without jeopardizing the interests, fundamental rights or freedoms of the data subject - Article 6(1), subparagraph 1f (DSGVO) is the legal basis.

III. Purposes of data processing

In order to make your visit to our website as user-friendly as possible and to be able to offer all available functions, we collect a number of data and information from the device with which you have accessed our website. This is the following data:

  • IP address
  • Operating system
  • Browser type and version
  • Date and time of access

The above data will not be evaluated for marketing purposes. Where we have obtained the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, the legal basis will be Article 6(1)(1a) of the GDPR.

IV. Duration of data storage

All personal data that we have collected during your visit through the use of session cookies are automatically deleted as soon as the purpose for their collection is fulfilled. Accordingly, the session data is stored until you end your session (by leaving or closing the website).

V. Reference to data subjects' rights

For the purposes of the GDPR, you are considered a data subject when we process personal data relating to you. For this reason, you can make use of various data subject rights set out in the GDPR. VI. Clarification of data collection obligation

The collection of your personal data is essential for the conclusion of a contract and the fulfilment of contractual obligations and services. If you do not provide us with the requested information, we will not be able to successfully conclude a contract or provide you with any further contractual services.
